RETURNS
Customer satisfaction is our priority.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS: Should you receive a defective product, we will replace it within 30 days of the purchase date. If we are unable to replace it, we will refund the purchase price and pay for return shipping via U.S. Postal Service Media Mail. Should we require return, we will send you a pre-paid label.
CHANGED YOUR MIND or BUYER'S REMORSE: If you change your mind or accidentally purchase the wrong item, we will accept returns of any unopened item within 30 days of our shipping it to you. Please advise us you plan to return the item and include the reason for the return. We do not refund or reimburse postage for return of non-defective items, but will refund the purchase price.
Shipping
We usually ship within 5 business days of receipt of payment, although we try for 1 or 2 days. All domestic packages are shipped via the post office (USPS) with Delivery Confirmation. Delivery confirmation is NOT available for certain rural addresses or APO/FPO addresses. All shipments are FOB San Diego, California, USA.
Media Mail can take two weeks or more to reach you after the package is shipped. If you have a deadline, please select Priority Mail. If it's critical, please contact us to make sure we're not awaiting a restocking order and will be able to ship promptly.
International Shipping:
International shipments are via First Class Mail International, Priority Mail International or Global Express Mail.
Payment:
If we're shipping to a California address, add 7.75% Sales Tax
CREDIT CARDS: We accept all major credit cards listed above. You may phone us toll free at 888-403-0873 with your credit card information 619-523-1500 for international customers), or fax it to us at 619-523-1599. You may also e-mail the information, broken into 3 separate e-mails for security.
